Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, the governing laws of the UAE, and the jurisdiction of Dubai Courts (unless otherwise specified by Free Zone rules).

Services Provided

360 Business Consultants offers:

Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company setup.
PRO & visa processing.
Bank account opening support.
Accounting, bookkeeping, VAT & tax registration.
Document attestation, notarisation, corporate legal services.

Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information at all times.
Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
Pay all government fees, third-party charges, and consultancy fees on time.
Maintain necessary licences, visas, and renewals.

Fees & Payments

Service fees are quoted exclusive of government and third-party charges.
Payments must be made in AED (or agreed currency).
All fees are non-refundable once services commence, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delayed payments may result in suspension of services.

Limitation of Liability

We act as a facilitator with government authorities, Free Zones, and banks.
We are not liable for delays, rejections, or policy changes beyond our control.
We are not responsible for losses arising from incorrect or incomplete client documents.
Liability is limited strictly to the value of consultancy fees paid to us.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, design, branding) is owned by 360 Business Consultants and cannot be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and only disclose where required by UAE law or client consent.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
For Mainland-related matters, Dubai Courts have jurisdiction.
For Free Zone-related matters, DIFC/ADGM jurisdiction may apply.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if clients breach UAE laws or these Terms.
Clients may terminate services at any time, subject to settlement of dues.
